Concrete Patio Omaha, Ne

Picture freshly poured concrete patio in backyard of house. The design is of a light and dark earth tone color with a contouring checker board design.
As recently as 15 years ago, concrete, stone, or brick was the most common building material for patios. It was at this time that wood decks became the new hot trend and homeowners began building them in droves. Fast forward 15 years and those same decks that were built are now needing major maintenance and repairs due to the short lifespan of the wood. That one area is where a concrete patio will significantly benefit the homeowner as concrete can last for hundreds of years in some cases.

At Omaha Concrete and Paving, we specialize in many different styles and designs of patios.  With the design versatility of concrete, you will never have to worry about looking like your neighbor's patio. Concrete patios have seen significant advances in coloring techniques and stamping patterns that can replicate almost any conventional building material.  Concrete can be stamped, engraved, stained, or textured to resemble pricier stone or brick pavers at a much lower cost with much faster installation.

Maintenance for your concrete patio is also greatly reduced when compared to other materials commonly used for patios. Block and brick pavers each have sand-filled joints that weeds and grass will inevitably grow in. You also run the risk of your pavers settling over time and having an uneven surface which can create tripping hazards. Wood patios have even higher maintenance than a block or brick pavers patio. The wood patio will most definitely need restained and resealed at some point which is a lot of work. There is also the high likelihood that as the wood patio ages that nails or screws will begin to work loose over time.  Not to mention the threat that termites, wood rot or splintering all pose to wood.

We believe that a concrete patio is the best option versus all other building materials. Concrete patios can be stamped, engraved, stenciled, stained or textured to match nearly any material, usually at a fraction of the cost once labor is included. At Omaha Concrete and Paving, we are proud to be able to offer so many different options and techniques that can bring your vision to life. We pride ourselves on connecting with customers' vision and bringing that vision into reality.  Our team of professionals would love to collaborate with you on any future project you may be considering. We have the experience you are looking for to perform all of your decorative concrete needs, give us a call today, and let's get to work!
